The answer would have to be a very defintitive ZERO investor/flipper offers. There is no money to be made on this property and I can say with nearly 100% confidence that every single offer was from individuals/families. There are alot more people with alot more money than you think. You cant base things on your own perspective because the evidence proves otherwise. Even in bad markets someone is making money. If there is a pandemic someone is selling the caskets and someone is burying the bodies.
