That’s why this guy is nervous. His neighbor has been on the market since January, with no sale and several reductions. This guy doesn’t know what to do. Sell for less than the neighbor, i.e. low 900’s, hope for prices to come back up, hope for interest rates to drop before his interest only period expires?
BTW, I didn’t say what department he’s in. I saw technicians in 4 departments during that visit.
