That’s true. Face-to-face is a different situation, just as the relationship with the property owner is different. We assert a lack of bias and are not (supposedly) part of the transaction, whereas you guys are advocates for your clients and directly benefit from the transaction. We have different roles in the process and I daresay different ways of defining the value. We use different measures for professional performance. So yeah, I’d completely agree that there are some big differences.
