That’s TG’s bad influence. He outbids others to get the house he wanted, so I just copied. I know, however, TG got 1999-2000 pricing and 20% below comps. Yet, I still only aim at 2001 pricing and the same as comps…well, let’s just say that I don’t beat myself up in order to get as good as TG.
