That’s not the problem. I checked out his site. Jim is apparently a hard, working, honest and ethical guy that has built his business over 15+ years. His blog is his place of business. He presents his views and responds to others questions. While he is fairly bearish, it is not a housing bear blog like this but rather a place for a sensible viewpoint on what’s happened, what is happening and what he believes might happen based upon his 15+ years experience. In my book that is pretty commendable.
Powayseller shows up in his place of business and tries to use it as a bully pulpit which is just plain rude and disrespectful. She present her opinions as fact and says insulting things in his place of business and follows them up with the same here. There is no defending that. How would you feel if someone walked into your place of business and launched a tirade? Jim’s response was courteous and fair. Get your own blog and say what you want there, but when you come into my house do not disrespect me. How would she feel when she finally gets her business going if some of her adversaries showed up and did the same? I would suspect she would not like it either.
