That’s a good question. I don’t have immediate access to that data, but I’ll see what I can find out. Good suggestion.
(The benefit to the unique address feature for RealtyTrac is that it doesn’t count the same house each time it shows up in the rolls for NOD, NOS, REO, etc.)
