that sounds really weird… cant wait to try it.

only problem is, since i’ve been taking vit c, zinc and echinesea (sp?), i haven’t had a cold or flu in some 2 years.

yeah, i should be getting my vits from food, but… no way in hell i’m eating enough fruit to equal 1k+ mg of c…

btw, gargling salt water always helped me in the past. killing the infection in the throat and sinus, i think.
