That is a bunch of BS. He knew exactly what was going on and let it happen by keeping rates low. If he actually didn’t know then I would say at least half the people on this board are more qualified to run the Fed than he was!
He’s just going to pull what many before him have when brought before Congress after this whole mess breaks…. “I don’t recall ever having that knowledge… I don’t recall anyone telling me about the problem…”
