That article is surprising… I clicked on the graphic to see that UC is in the appreciating catagory… that surprises me because homes for sale, at least in south UC, seem to stay on the market for quite a while. During the peak it seemed like the $1Million price tag was not unusual – and now most listings are in a more realistic range.
I’m glad I’m not selling or buying in this market.
