Thanks very much. I suspected that it wouldn’t be an ideal place from which to commute. But it does look like an escape from cookie-cutter hell. I’m still focusing on Carlbad/Oceanside area, but trying to stay away from cookie cutters. I’ve been eyeing MLS 061076019 , for example.
