Thanks tg. If you were to pick two communities in Temecula to buy in, what would they be? I promise you can have first dibs :-). Right now a Fairways house backing up to the golf course is my first choice, but I have no idea who the builder is, or the quality of construction.
We’re looking at 4/2.5, 2200-2400 sq ft, up to possibly 5/3 at 2500-2700 sq ft, depending on how low the prices get.
