Thanks SDR!.. As I suspected, most of the auction bidders were shills from the company that just bumped up the price. No wonder my friend was able to buy a unit much cheaper after the auction. I think he paid 20-30k less than auction price.
Anyway, I'll wait for the Heights to get more desperate. Perhaps in the distance future a 2/2 will end up in the low 300ks.
