Yeah, I remember that, stairs after stairs -i felt like i was going up in a narrow tall tower – round and round – that’s what made me be very cautious about 3-levels…

Hmm… I’m curious why do you say he’s an idiot? that he could have bargained it down? that he should have waited? Maybe he needed right away…That unit was listed for $589K (not sure if it was an REO) and sold for $557K and it was a larger, 3 bdr one – of ~1700 sf. For this particular unit, the price was back to end of 2002 (sold in Sept. 2002 for $520K).
