Thanks. Good idea. But I counted a lot of times and we sure seem to be wthin the inspection contingency. How irritated do I have a right to be at the realtor who didn’t push me to have a septic inspection. I recall bring the one who brought it up and him asking if I wanted one, also talk of home warranties and “not worrying about everything”. I don’t think this is covered by a warranty although I only cursorily read it.
Is it going to be possible to be 110 percent certain the job can be done ????
