He’s lived here before, but many years ago. Both of them immigrated to the States from Iran back in the 1970’s and have lived in various states. They do still have one brother in Ohio, but I’m holding their first born persian grandson hostage, so I think he trumps the brother 🙂 Besides, I would be surprised if the brother doesn’t move out here soon as well.
I think that I might suggest they rent first regardless, just so we can watch the market for awhile and get to know the details of the south carlsbad and south vista/oceanside areas a little better. I think they’ll put their house on the market next summer, because it’ll probably take some time to sell.
