thanks for the russkie tips. im on a pretty simple program for the moment. just keep squatting as hard as i can so i get to 250 and don’t have to eat the alpo, and overhead press weight until I get to bodyweight. other than that i take a break with some pullups, my hex bar, and various ironmind grippers. when i can squat 250 maybe i’ll switch to something more programmed. for now, im just trying to power my way up there by sheer will. i ahven’t thrown up yet but ive gotten close a few times.
its my general feeling that with the correct attitude, big effort and intense focus, a lot of programs would work.
