Thanks for the input. I like the fact that it is a sprawling, garden-like complex. (Unlike the many square boxes downtown). Also, the patios are huge. The 780 sq. ft. one I looked at had a 300 sq. ft. patio. That’s a huge selling point for me. Ideally, I’d like to pick one up for under $400k – maybe towards the end of 2008. Unfortunately, these units do not come up for sale very often. When I look up these units, many of them are still owned by the original owners. Some owners own more than one.
