Thanks for all the replies. I want to chime in with my opinion. I would have to say I prefer two-stories. Although like one poster stated they probably are harder to maintain a certain temp.
It seems easier to seperate from others in a house when you have a two-story. I like nice staircases as well, although it can get tiring climbing them.
