Thanks all, really appreciate the suggestions…I have asked for a one year warranty as some of you have suggested out here. Haven’t heard back yet from the seller. Anyway, this property is in Scripps Ranch, so its not in a high foreclosure, high crime area. Really like the neighborhood.
