While you are at it, would you mind sharing your current Costco wine recommendations. We need something to cheer about.
I think kudos are in order to all of the above for having the courage to jump back in. I think the houses are beautiful and they are homes, first and investments second (in most cases). I am also looking at a vacation home in a couple of areas, but I have the impression the bubble grew in those places a bit slower and the air being rarefied there, is being let out slower, so I still have not found one that I am willing to make an offer on. Thanks to all the intelligent real estate information on this site, I know I will get a better deal when I do buy.
