TG: Obviously, Fallbrook is not Temecula, but the pricing drops here as of late have been stunning. In my neighborhood alone, I have seen a $200k price drop (from $775k to $580k) in about two months and a $50k price drop (from $569 to $519k) in just under two weeks on the market.
Neither property has generated much interest (in terms of open houses and offers), and I know anecdotally that the local market is lagging badly in terms of sales.
