I’ve been saying this for the past 2 years: this is PRECISELY why Obama was pushed so fervently by the Democrats and the mainstream media. If blacks — who are notoriously distrustful of government and political hacks — cannot be counted upon to take to the streets, and if young people — who are traditionally quick to protest — are enthralled by the Obama Savior Phenomenon, then the Powers that Be figure that we will all be sitting ducks.
They have effectively attempted to co-opt potential dissenters with Obama’s coronation.
I saw the cover of Newsweek while I was in line at the store today. the headline: “How Obama can talk us out of a depression”. it could have just as easily read: “How Obama is going to try to talk us out of rioting and burning down the motherf****** house”.
