in general OKC never had a bubble, it was absorbing pain from the
80’s, there are still abandoned homes from when the
energy shock of the 70’s collapsed.
we are headed down from a peak when energy was at 140/bbl,
i’m not ina hurry to sell, it’s just business is changing
