temeculaguy: I applaud your patience and the logical, rational thought that you are using before pulling the buy “trigger”. Many others would have already succumbed to the already falling prices. When the time is truly right, you will surely be among the first to know. Until then, you can sleep and live just as well in a rental as you can in a home that is owned/mortgaged.
