Talk about hitting close to home. Some good friends of ours also moved from Ohio a couple of months after us and settled in RB. About 6 months he bought (I didn’t want him to) and is on the corner of Duenda, and Alacran Ct. which is two streets up from Aguamiel (21 homes so far) and one street up from Azucar. They are staying with us, so it’s very unsettling as they wonder if their home is next.
My gut feeling is they are tucked in pretty safely, and Fox 8 hasn’t announced any homes on their street yet, but they are sitting their watching friends and neighbors homes going up.
