This person indeed does have a sales person license from the DRE however she does not have an employing broker. Indeed after reading her website I do not see that she performs any real estate transactions. Maybe I am missing something but it seems like she just “assists” people with the short sale process…
Also from the tax roll there are two recordings of a trustee deed for the same price, 361,200 both from Quality Loan Service to Residential Funding, one on 2/12/08 and one on 5/14/08. I see a recorded loan for 589k in 4/2006 and another one for 522k in 9/05 and a 104k in 5/04. Tax roll only goes 4 recordings back.
Those are the facts guys….
Now as for my opinion… Yep I agree with everyone. She has played the system well.
