I tossed in San Marcos High since it gets such a bad rap and Westview in CV..
Talk what you want about cache but a lot of people living in san diego nowadays didnt grow up here so despite districts like SMUSD not having the “cache” in the past, the future is now and these districts are getting stronger (courtesy of an influx of new development in the past 10 years which has brought about higher social classes/ intellect of residents). Demographically, places like SMUSD have been changing dramatically for the better.
