Getting at the motivation of the discussion in the first place…yes, you’re right, he doesn’t fit the profile, if by by “the profile” you are referring to the meaningless image promoted by some Republicans that they are tough on “sin.” It’s all a ruse. Every politician, of course, must be evaluated on their actions – and, unfortunately, that means only the actions we know about.
Somebody got my point, and then proceeded on to discuss it with a logical response.
