Why don’t you shoot for 1750 sq for 175K. It’s one thing to be a bear and another to be unrealistic. Why does a single woman with 2 kids need 2700 square feet?
Well, I suppose I could make do with 1700-1800, but I’ve always wanted a McMansion. Actually, I go back and forth on that. At any rate, I really want a beautiful staircase to go with whatever home I get though. Fireplaces and staircases are my thing-and kitchens. I remember you stating that you’re going to get around that square footage. How do you think you’ll like living in such a big house? You only have 2 of your own, I think I remember you saying.
Also, on my wish list is a yard big enough to allow me the option of putting in a pool.
