Stocks I know Summit very well…. right now there is a 3/2 (713) active at 349k. It is a ground floor unit….There were 5 sales this year of 3/2 units over there. The prices were 374, 358, 345, 300, and 286.5k respectively. I am in a hurry right now and have to leave but will give more details when I have more time.
