i feel as you do and it is the primary reason i got involved in RE to begin with. I spend several hours a day with my kids and wouldnt trade that for anything. I have built my life around being able to spend time with my family. If that is your goal, it’s possible to do both if you are willing to take the time (It took us about 7 years to figure it all out) and effort to make it happen.
