The Accord is a good car. My girlfriend has a 2000 model which has never had a problem. She had it in the shop for a day to get the brakes serviced, and they gave her a new accord to use, and that thing was damn nice.
Go for it. It may be a new purchase, but for a car, it’s a prudent choice.
