I had my bike stolen out of my garage last september in Grantville. The police showed up quickly enough and took a report but they basically didn’t do ANYTHING on the case. Last month the bike showed up on Craigs List. I called the detective assigned to the case and he told me that they wouldn’t do anything.
They’re basically telling criminals that they can steal with impunity because they will do nothing to stop or solve property crimes.
