Also I think it’s funny that people think that were going to start suddenly building 500 to 1000 high rise downtown condo buildings for the next 100 million in population we are expecting to grow in the next 30 years.
Sprawl , get used to it, even in NY most people live out in the burbs and commute via train etc…
There’s only so much land that doesn’t suck in CA. A lot of people would rather live in condo buildings downtown or within a few mi of the coast than in “lizardland” as BG calls it.[/quote]
