Sorry, no can do. Appraisers are required to take this course every other year in order to maintain their license. There are only 8 qualified instructors in San Diego County, and most of the other instructors don’t teach the course but once or twice a year. If I don’t follow through that’ll create a hardship for some of the appraisers who are signed up.
