Sorry Brian i dont live in CV either. I just know from experience that running home for lunch with young kids is pretty much a myth unless it is across the street. It just isnt a realistic assumption to base a home choice on. With that said a shorter commute at the end of the day is valid. I dont care where people buy, i just want to help them make the best decisions for themselves rather than cramming my perspective (vis a vis BG) down peoples throats. I encourage people to focus less on commute time (as long as it is reasonable which in my mind is under 45 minutes to an hour) and more on what they will enjoy when they are at home. Thats my opinion and its not right or wrong its just the way I view the world with the benefit of having experienced 2 hr, 1 hr, 45 min, 30 min and 10 min one way commutes in my life as well as working from home.
