Santee has done a lot over the last several years to update the town, and I expect to see more over the next several years.
As a side note, I drove by both sales offices, Eaglepoint/Crestview and Northstar condos, and they looked busy…
I also heard the condos are selling like hot cakes because of the lower prices! FYI – the condos do have their own pool and club house.
