So what’s the story with Berkshire Hathaway? Up almost 4% today. Some portion of that no doubt is a “flight to safety” response, with BRK’s sterling reputation. Is there any speculation about takeovers floating around? It certainly would fit Buffett’s pattern to strike at a time like this.
