If by wealthy she meant those who stand a reasonable chance of supporting them, yes definitely. The problem isn’t this one woman, its the system. One in which each individual can make choices that are VERY expensive for everyone else.
Like it or not, unless we want to have mandatory abortion, or let the kids starve, society is on the hook to feed and clothe and house all those kids. Yet we have no choice in whether she has more. Ultimately the universe says thats a bad decision matrix and we will all ultimately pay a very high price.
Its the same as loaning money to people who can’t pay it back. Even those of us who didn’t binge, pay.
