So here comes the ultimate irony. There just had to be a RE angle on this. I’m surprised no one else picked up on but I guess there arent many true RE vets here.
I just went to the site for the first time and saw the name of the homeowner, Carlos Royal. He is an old time RE broker with along history in the NC RE market. Had a brokerage called Sea Royal Real Estate for many years. Back in the day he was a bit of legend in my neck of the woods.
