Folks, I don’t even know where to start here. 13 of 15 for sale in the hood are below purchase price. 1 sale pending. 6 overpriced (althoug 5 have really nice views). I guess my only advice is not to buy on Brightwood. Oh, and maybe tell your friends on Grain Mill and Citrine that they won’t be able to fetch a profit in these conditions.
