Skyranch was definitely a hidden gem back in 2009. Not many people were willing to spend the kind of money then because of the stigma living in Santee (“Clantee”).
Someboy was even complaining about going downhill and wearing out his breaks…
Now Santee has become a very nice suburban city with many newer stores and the prices have gone up nicely!
