Since this thread got mentioned by Rich today in his article, I thought I’d update the number as reported through the MLS, effective at Noon 07/10.
We are currently at 2,307 sales, which is quite a bump up from the 2,230 on 07/05. The final tally tends to occur around the middle of the month, so my initial forecast at 2,330 may yet prove reasonable.
