Sheldon did a refi for me a year ago but could not get mine this time around. He rate was 4.25 at the time and I just signed docs yesterday for 3.875% no cost refi with WCS Lending. She had to put up with a lot of BS with me to close cause I was to anal (most us on here are though right?)
