She is far from being a free-loader. She worked hard during the marriage. I just don’t want a majority of the assets going to her and her new companion who she cares for more than me at this time.
NeetaT, I’m sorry to hear this as well. But, do the right thing. You’ve admitted she worked hard during the marriage, so half of the assets are hers. If you hide assets, you’re going to perjure yourself in court, then you’re going to jail. I wouldn’t risk it.
