SFT is the Centex built neighborhood about 1/4 mile north of RSF on both sides of Acervo. It was built around the mid/late 90’s at the same time that The Ranch was built (probably the nicest SFR community in North County). Yes you are correct that kids can walk to OPE, Diegueno and LCC.
