Thanks for pointing out my mistake of not deducting the principal. It is one of those many math blunders that has cost me many grades during college too 🙂

There maybe gazillion variables at play but only 1 basic/fundamental question. Is housing prices going to go up or come down in next few years? Simple yes/no for this question settles the argument for or against buying.
