Seriously this was the main reason we moved to SD from Irvine. Asians are infamous for driving up real estate prices wherever they congregate. By moving to SD, we are able to buy a house that is less than 1/2 the price of similar home in Irvine, in a neighborhood with higher average income compared to the best area in Irvine. And without the malignant intra-Asian competition on everything from children’s grades in school to the type of car you drive.
