If you look closely the initial choke had victims airway in the crook of the cops elbow. Correct method. Hard to see as both the cop had big arms and the victim is large neck. Incorrect or illegal choke would have the arm across the airway resulting in victim passing out.
Once victim was brought to ground, was able to tell cops several time he was not breathing. Hard to do if you indeed are being choked. Video shows only cops hand holding victims head on the ground.
As mentioned, some other medical event happened. Bit of cooperation with the cops can save you life. Then you can sue them later…
