The 275 sf studio is a bit of an extreme example. Made possible by the recent tech bubblelet (hoping this ends as well as the ca. 2000 NASDAQ runup and the Fecebook IPO). Though I have to say that it’s strange to see asking rents in meh areas of SF near Manhattan levels.
